Breakout Session: Mitigation Dam Project (Aiken)

Aiken County applied and received a grant to repair a county dam that was deemed by SCDHEC in Emergency Condition.

Teresa Crain, PE, has over twenty years’ experience in the AE industry. Ms. Crain has worked for Aiken County since 2010. She possesses a diverse professional background, including work in the private and public sectors.

Her portfolio includes the Langley Dam Rehabilitation project, the Langley Sandbar Removal project, and the Whiskey Road Regional Corridor Improvement project.

Ms. Crain holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), a graduate of Leadership Aiken County, and obtained a Master Certificate for High Performance Leadership from the Professional Development Academy through the National Association of Counties.
